With over 50 years of combined tax experience, our team brings deep expertise, strategic insight, and a refreshing approach to helping individuals and business owners keep more of what they earn.
Our Focus
We’re not your typical “file-it-and-forget-it” accounting firm. While compliance is important, we are tax strategists at heart. Our focus goes beyond simply preparing tax returns—we specialize in helping our clients save big in tax dollars through thoughtful planning, forward-looking strategies, and clear guidance tailored to their unique situations.
What truly sets us apart is that we live the same challenges our clients do. Both of us are small business owners outside of our accounting practice, which gives us a firsthand understanding of the risks, responsibilities, and opportunities that come with entrepreneurship. Austen owns and operates a portfolio of long-term and short-term rental properties, providing real-world experience in real estate taxation, depreciation strategies, and cash-flow planning.
Kim is not only a business owner, but also a licensed real estate agent, offering valuable insight into property transactions, investor strategies, and the tax implications that come with buying, selling, and holding real estate. In addition, Kim owns an ice cream soda float truck called Float Your Boat, bringing practical experience in small business operations, sales tax, payroll, and growth planning.
